Ingredients:
° 8 hard-boiled eggs
° 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
° 2 tbsp. Prepared Ranch Dressing
° 1/4 cup finely grated cheddar cheese
° 2 teaspoons of vinegar
° 1/4 teaspoon of salt
° 1 teaspoon of dry mustard
° chili pepper
° onion powder
° ranch dressing mix or dried parsley for sprinkling
° 3 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
instructions:
Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half. Removing yolks & reserve whites.
In a bowl, crush the egg yolks.
Add mayonnaise, ranch dressing, cheese, vinegar, salt, dry mustard, pepper and onion powder.
Mix well.
